Clan of the Dragon
The Clan of the Dragon was formed to revere the mighty Dragon who created the world and her progeny.
The Clan has set up their main base in the mountains between Zero Point and Newton at the site known as Dragon Maw. An entire complex is being built in the shape of a dragon circling through the mountains. Their stated goal is not only a complex that can house their members, but also a location where the Dragon Egg can be safely stored.
Since its formation, the Clan has been actively recruiting members to aid in the construction of the Mother Dragon complex in the mountains. They have so far been peaceful with the Wizard's Guild, even working alongside the wizards to slay the Enderdragon. The circumstances surrounding their acquisition of the Dragon Egg and their prophecies concerning the Dragon Reborn however keep the wizards from relaxing too much.
Mythology
- Dovah Avanos (Dragon Before) - The Dragon was the first, the Creator. Before all else, there was The Dragon.
- Wurth Uvo (World Seed) - The Dragon created the World Seed which would come to be the world we now know.
- Huma Divo (Human Dawn) - The Dragon created the humans and placed them upon the World.
- Exos Dovah (Departure of Dragon) - The Dragon left the World to realms unknown, perhaps to create more worlds, perhaps to sleep until a later time. The Dragon left behind a Dragon Egg and charged the Clan of the Dragon with guarding it.
- Exos Eto (Departure of Egg) - One among the Clan who was charged with guarding the Egg sought to usurp its power for their own gain. The Nameless Disciple stole the Egg and attempted to use arcane magic to corrupt the Egg and gain its power. The spell backlashed, turning the disciple into a perverse corruption of The Dragon. The Dragon (or the Egg itself?) sensed this profane action and banished the traitor to The End along with the Egg.
- Huma Noctum (Human Night) - With the Egg lost and without the guidance of The Dragon, the humans fell into chaos and confusion. They had no protection from the creatures of the night. They were scattered upon the winds and broken into warring tribes.
- Revas Dovah (Return of Dragon) - The stories speak of The Dragon being reborn into this world. It will be a time of great change, of renewal and rebirth. It shall usher in a new age of both Dragon and human.
Guiding Principles
- Dovah Priva (Dragon Supreme) - The Dragon is the guiding force of Creation. The Dragon's Will is whispered to the current Dragon Lord in dreams, who then must relay the Will to those who cannot hear it.
- Furo e Joi (Fire and Water / Fury and Joy) - The two primal forces of the world, their ever-swirling natures give us the dynamic existence of our world. Without them, the world would be stagnant and lifeless. Our world exists as it does because of its ability to allow these two opposites to exist in harmony.
- Luma e Noctum (Day and Night) - There will always be times of joy and times of despair. Feast and famine are as much a part of the natural world as the day and the night. Do not over-mourn your losses, nor over-celebrate your gains. Nothing is gained that cannot be lost and nothing is destroyed that cannot be rebuilt. This too shall pass.

- Construction has resumed on Dragon Maw in the aftermath of the thieving of the Dragon Egg. (Oct 2012)
- In a terrible act of thievery, someone stole the Dragon Egg from its resting place in Mother Dragon! It was quickly reclaimed by the Dragon Lord following a harrowing journey beneath Atlantis (Oct 2012)
- The Enderdragon has been slain, and the Dragon Egg has been claimed by the Clan. (10 Mar 2012)
- A gift addressed to one of the wizards appeared outside the Wizard's Guild. (Early Mar 2012)
- A mysterious message appeared outside of Hermit Home. The Clan seems interested in the Hermit who lives there. (Early Mar 2012)
- Ottilie has been seen frequenting the Mother Dragon complex and conversing with the current Dragon Lord. (Late Feb 2012)
- An ancient Dragon Temple has been unearthed in Atlantis. Steps are underway to restore parts of it (Late Feb 2012)
